Nilofer Fernandes is a seasoned professional in talent acquisition and human resources, currently serving as a Senior Officer of Talent Acquisition at Dubai Islamic Bank since May 2023. Previously, Nilofer held a pivotal role as a Talent Acquisition/HR Business Partner at Mashreq Bank from February 2013 to October 2021, overseeing recruitment functions and collaborating with leaders to define HR requirements.
