Samer Abdallah

Samer Abdallah has over two decades of experience in the banking and finance sector, currently serving as the Vice President and Digital Product Owner at Dubai Islamic Bank since June 2011, where additional responsibilities include overseeing the call center operations. Prior to this role, Samer Abdallah held the position of Senior Manager of Phone Banking at RAKBANK from December 2002 to May 2011, and worked as a Personal Banking Advisor at Mashreq Bank from October 2000 to November 2002. Samer Abdallah holds a Bachelor's Degree in Applied Engineering from Al-Balqa Applied University, completed between 1991 and 1996, and a High School diploma in Physical Sciences from Al Qadisiya High School, obtained from 1987 to 1990.
