Sathish Kumar Dharmaraj

Sathish Kumar Dharmaraj has had a diverse work experience in the field of construction, facility management, and architecture. Sathish Kumar started their career as a Senior Planning Engineer at Tarapore & Company in 1999 and later worked as a Senior Architect at V. V. Architects in 2002. Sathish Kumar then joined RSP Architects Planners Engineers Pvt. Ltd as an Architect, primarily working on Hyper Market and Office complex projects. In 2003, Sathish joined Hamilton Design International llc as a Designer, responsible for designing financial institution interiors. In 2007, they joined First Gulf Bank as a Senior Manager, overseeing project management, facility management, safety, and security. Sathish Kumar then moved on to First Abu Dhabi Bank (FAB) in 2017 as a VP in Construction and Facility Management. Currently, they hold the position of VP - Head of Property Management at Dubai Islamic Bank since 2018.

Sathish Kumar Dharmaraj received a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Executive MBA from S P Jain School of Global Management between 2014 and 2016. Prior to that, they obtained a M. Tech degree in Building Technology & Construction Management from Indian Institute of Technology, Madras from 1997 to 1999. Sathish Kumar completed their undergraduate studies in Architecture, earning a B. Arch degree from University of Madras between 1992 and 1997.
