Surya Narayana

Surya Narayana has extensive experience in the banking and financial services sector, currently serving as the Vice President and Product Owner for Digital Journeys at Dubai Islamic Bank since May 2016, focusing on personal finance, auto finance, credit cards, and home finance. Prior to this role, Surya held various leadership positions, including Country Manager for Travelex Bahrain, responsible for the P&L of the Forex and Remittance Business, and Head of Retail Assets at National Bank of Oman, with P&L responsibility for retail lending products. Surya's career includes significant roles in consumer assets and business development at ING Vysya Bank and GE Money Wizard, as well as managerial positions at Standard Chartered Bank, where responsibilities spanned mortgages and auto loans in different regions. Education includes a B.Com. in Income Tax and Accountancy from Andhra University.
