Dr. Mahmoud AlBurai is a prominent professional in the field of real estate and economic policy, currently serving as the Senior Director of Real Estate Policies and Innovation at the Dubai Land Department and as Senior Advisor at the Real Estate Regulatory Agency of Dubai. With a strong academic background, Dr. AlBurai holds a Master's degree in International Business Law from Assas International and a Doctor of Business Administration in Competitiveness from Grenoble Ecole de Management.
