James Needle is a seasoned Contracts and Procurement Manager at DMCC since May 2015, where expertise includes establishing a dedicated Contracts and Procurement Management department, developing a Procurement Policy, and launching an e-Procurement Portal. Prior to this role, James served as a Project Manager and Infrastructure Sector Manager at Arcadis from September 2008 to January 2015, gaining extensive project management experience in various sectors across the UK and UAE, and achieving MRICS and APMP qualifications. James holds a Bachelor's Degree in Combined Honours in Social Science from Durham University and a Master's Degree in Property Development and Construction from Nottingham Trent University.
