Bishr Khasawneh

Bishr Khasawneh is a seasoned professional in digital transformation, currently serving as the Digital Transformation Manager for Services Channels and Solutions at Dubai Municipality since July 2023. Previously, Bishr held the position of Digital Transformation Manager at Aramex from March 2015 to May 2022, where significant achievements included establishing an internal RPA excellence unit and managing proof of concepts for innovative warehouse operations technologies.
