Nassir Elkhier is a seasoned civil engineer with extensive experience in the construction industry, currently serving as a Senior Engineer at Dubai Municipality since November 2014. Prior to this role, Nassir worked as a Project Engineer at ALMATEN Building Contracting and Al Baraka Contracting & Decor, contributing to various residential and industrial building projects.
