Principal Projects Engineer- Irrigation at Dubai Municipality

Sa'ed Al-zir has a diverse work experience that spans over two decades. Sa'ed started their career as an Agriculture Projects Statistician at the Palestinian Central Bureau of Statistics in 2000 before moving on to become a Teacher Assistant at Jordan University of Science and Technology in 2003. In 2005, they joined Royal Gardens as a Project Engineer and later transitioned to Gulf Landscape and Irrigation Systems as a Project Manager in 2007. In 2011, Sa'ed joined ValleyCrest Companies as a Landscaping Project Manager for two years. Since 2013, they have been working at Dubai Municipality, first as a Principal Projects Engineer for Landscaping and currently as a Principal Projects Engineer for Irrigation.

Sa'ed Al-zir attended the Jordan University of Science and Technology from 1996 to 2000, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Agriculture engineering with a specialization in plants production. Sa'ed later pursued a Master's degree in Horticulture at the same university from 2003 to 2005. Sa'ed'seducational background is centered around agricultural engineering and plant-related studies.
