Ena Marwah's work experience began in 2002 as a Hospitality Executive for Taj Hotels. Ena then worked as a Guest Relations Executive at Grand Hyatt in 2003. In 2004, they became an Events Coordinator and Planner at Dubai World Trade Centre. Ena joined Asteco in 2006 as a Retail and Leasing Coordinator, where they assisted in lease offers and tenancy planning. Finally, they joined Dubai Outlet Mall in 2007 as a Leasing Coordinator and was eventually promoted to Head of Leasing, overseeing both retail and specialty leasing. Ena's responsibilities included managing leasing programs, budget forecasting, and maximizing rental opportunities.
Ena Marwah completed their Bachelor of Commerce degree in 2005 from Delhi University. Additionally, they obtained certifications in Contract Law, ABC of Leasing, Shopping Center Management, and Workshop on Mall Merchandising & Retail Leasing Management in various years. The certifications were obtained from prestigious institutions such as Harvard Business School Executive Education, Middle East Council of Shopping Centres (MECSC), and ICSC.
