Richard Trench

Richard Trench has extensive experience in contract management and quantity surveying, currently serving as the Head of Pre and Post Contract at Dubai Parks and Resorts since September 2016. Prior to this role, Richard held the position of Senior Contracts Manager at Samsung C & T, managing the Motiongate Theme Park Development from April 2014 to September 2016. Richard also worked as an Associate Director at Cyril Sweett International and Blair Anderson Limited, and as a Project Delivery Team Leader at Sama Dubai. Earlier career roles include Senior Quantity Surveyor at Currie and Brown Limited and Quantity Surveyor at both Hadsphaltic Cayman and EC Harris. Richard Trench obtained education from The University of Salford and EDHEC Business School.
