Glenn Johnson

Glenn Johnson is an experienced operations and engineering professional with a career spanning over 25 years in the oil and gas sector. Currently serving as Operations Support Manager and Operations Team Leader at Dubai Petroleum since October 2022, Glenn has previously held key roles including Reliability Manager and Technical Services Manager at ADNOC Group, and Maintenance, Integrity and Engineering Manager at Neptune Energy and ENGIE E&P. Earlier in the career, Glenn held various positions at ConocoPhillips, culminating as the Mechanical Technical Authority, with responsibilities for mechanical engineering activities in Brownfield projects. Glenn also possesses a First Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Hull and is a Certified Six Sigma Blackbelt, demonstrating expertise in operational excellence and continuous improvement methodologies.
