Jihad Moussa has extensive experience in human resources, with their most recent position being the Human Resources Director at Dubai Sports City since December 2020. Before that, they served as the Human Resources Manager at Riyadh International Catering Corp. (McDonald's) from September 1993 to September 1997, where they directed the HR and admin departments for 44 McDonald's outlets.

Jihad began their career as a Regional Sales Manager/Branch Manager at Taaml Establishment/Crescent Diagnostics from July 1989 to August 1993. Jihad played a key role in expanding the company's sales and managed multiple branches across Saudi Arabia.
