Jihad Moussa

Jihad Moussa has extensive experience in human resources, with their most recent position being the Human Resources Director at Dubai Sports City since December 2020. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior HR Consultant at a confidential company from May 2015 to May 2018. Jihad also worked as a Freelance HR Consultant from September 2014 to May 2015, where they assessed HR departments, developed grading systems, introduced policies and procedures, and managed the HR function for multinational retailers in the UAE.

From November 2010 to August 2014, Jihad served as the Group HR & OE Manager at Khalifa Juma Al Nabooda Group of Companies, where they directed the HR function for 20 companies across 14 different industries and advised on HR strategies and development programs at the board level.

Prior to that, they were the HR Manager at Dubai Sports City from April 2007 to November 2010, where they directed the HR function for 14 entities, managed recruitment and selection, and provided strategic guidance to senior managers.

Jihad's earlier experience includes working as the Human Resources Manager at Transmed Overseas Inc. from January 2000 to April 2007, where they developed HR policies and procedures, managed recruitment and nationalization programs, and implemented HR strategies. Jihad also worked as the Head of Human Resources at Hamriyah Free Zone Authority from June 1998 to July 1999, where they developed HR policies and procedures, managed recruitment, and created organizational flow charts.

Before that, they served as the Human Resources Manager at Riyadh International Catering Corp. (McDonald's) from September 1993 to September 1997, where they directed the HR and admin departments for 44 McDonald's outlets.

Jihad began their career as a Regional Sales Manager/Branch Manager at Taaml Establishment/Crescent Diagnostics from July 1989 to August 1993. Jihad played a key role in expanding the company's sales and managed multiple branches across Saudi Arabia.

Jihad Moussa obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Medical Laboratory Technology from the American University of Beirut from 1983 to 1987. Prior to this, they completed their high school education at Brummana High School and received a High School Diploma in Science from 1974 to 1982.
