Nebojsa Nikolic is a professional football coach with extensive experience in the field. Since September 2013, Nebojsa has been serving as a coach at Dubai Sports City. Prior to this role, Nebojsa coached at Football Club Index Novi Sad from August 2008 to August 2013. Nebojsa holds a Bachelor's degree in Sport and Physical Education from the University of Sport in Novi Sad, Serbia, completed in 2003. Additionally, Nebojsa is pursuing an A licence in football coaching through the Football Federation of Serbia, which has been ongoing since 2010.
