Osama Kakhia

Osama Kakhia is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in governance, management, and technical support. Currently serving as an IT Governance Specialist at Dubai Taxi Corporation since 2020, Osama previously held the position of IT Manager at Pragma Group from 2010 to 2019, where responsibilities included leading the IT department and aligning strategic planning with the corporate business plan for over 500 staff. Prior experience as a Senior System Engineer and System Support Engineer at Intertel Electronics from 2005 to 2010 involved overseeing infrastructure and end-user technologies, providing hands-on technical support, and managing daily operations. Osama holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Misr University for Science and Technology, earned between 1999 and 2004.
