Yazan S. Maragha

Yazan S. Maragha is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate governance and legal counsel. Currently serving as a Senior Executive in the CEO Office at Dubai Taxi Company since June 2025, Yazan has held various significant roles, including Board Secretary and Senior Legal Counsel at RAPCO Investment PJSC from December 2023 to April 2025, and Senior Legal & Governance Officer at Gulf Navigation Holding PJSC from September 2020 to November 2023, where certification as a Board Secretary was obtained from the Dubai Financial Market. Previous positions include General Counsel at Drake & Scull International PJSC and Legal Advisor roles at several firms, including Bonyan International Investment Group and Saslaw Advocates & Legal Consultants. Yazan holds a Bachelor's degree in Law from Amman Al Ahlyyeh University, completed in 2010.
