Nicholas Maluccio

Nicholas Maluccio has extensive work experience, starting as a Senior Manager at Brandi & Co Chartered Accountants in 2002 and working there until 2011. Nicholas then joined Fordham Group as a Business Services Manager for their Motor Dealer Services division. In 2013, they became a Senior Manager at SEIVA, where they collaborated with partners to assess the viability of the firm's traditional business model and implemented restructuring strategies that resulted in cost savings and revenue growth. From 2015 to 2019, Nicholas worked at Lombardi Partners as a Manager and later as a Director in the Strategic Advisory department. Nicholas then became an Independent Management Consultant before joining BikeExchange (ASX: BEX) in 2020. At BikeExchange, they held the role of Global Finance Manager and later became the Global Head of Business Operations and Country Lead for ANZ. Nicholas played a key role in developing reporting and analytics frameworks, implementing business improvement strategies, and leading organizational transformations. Currently, Nicholas is the Head of Commercial Finance Operations at Dubber since 2023.

Nicholas Maluccio completed their VCE at St Pauls from 1995 to 2000. Nicholas then pursued a Bachelor of Business (Accounting) at RMIT University from 2001 to 2004. Following that, from 2005 to 2007, they participated in the Charted Accountants Programme at Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand, specializing in Accounting.
