Dominick Ritacco

Dominick Ritacco has a strong background in finance, with extensive experience in various roles and industries. Dominick is currently the Head of Commercial & Operations Finance at Arla Foods. Prior to this, they worked at Revlon Inc. as the VP of FP&A, overseeing financial activities related to manufacturing and distribution. Dominick also served as the Senior Finance Director at Revlon, supporting business development opportunities and enhancing internal reporting capabilities. Earlier in their career, Dominick was the Finance Director at Internova Travel Group, responsible for financial planning & analysis for travel companies. Dominick also held finance leadership positions at Nestlé Nutrition North America (Gerber), Johnson & Johnson, Pfizer, and Deloitte & Touche. At these companies, they demonstrated expertise in financial planning, analysis, and P&L ownership, as well as implementing new policies and procedures and ensuring adherence to corporate policies.

Dominick Ritacco attended the University of Notre Dame from 1988 to 1992 and obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Accounting. Dominick then pursued further education at Rutgers University - Newark from 1998 to 2002, where they completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree specializing in Finance.
