Claudia V. Colon Garcia-Moliner

Claudia V. Colon Garcia-Moliner is an experienced attorney specializing in litigation and environmental law. Currently serving as an Attorney and Litigation Strategist at Dubin Research & Consulting since November 2021, Claudia has previously held positions as a Litigation Associate at Brewer, Attorneys & Counselors (2019-2021) and an Environmental Litigation Associate at MANKO | GOLD | KATCHER | FOX LLP (2016-2019). Claudia started their legal career as a Judicial Law Clerk for Hon. Hinds-Roach at the Superior Court of the Virgin Islands (2015-2016) and was a Legal Clinician at Vermont Law School, where efforts led to securing a significant solar agreement for the institution. Claudia holds a Doctor of Law (JD) in Environmental Law from Vermont Law and Graduate School and a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) in Environmental Science from Villanova University.
