Danielle Hayes is a Litigation Strategist at Dubin Research & Consulting (DRC) since March 2022, previously serving as a Seconded Attorney at Amazon from June 2021 to March 2022. Prior to that, Danielle held the position of Litigation Associate at Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP from September 2018 to March 2022, and completed a Summer Associate role at the same firm in May to July 2017. Danielle also worked as a Student Representative at Lexis Nexis and a Teaching Assistant at Howard University School of Law during the 2016-2017 academic year, alongside a Judicial Internship at the United States District Court for the District of Maryland in the summer of 2016. Danielle earned a Juris Doctor from Howard University School of Law (2015-2018) and a Bachelor's Degree in Communication and Media Studies from Oakwood University (2011-2015).
