Jermaine Alexander

Jermaine Alexander is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law, particularly in M&A, funds, and regulatory matters. As Senior Legal Counsel at Dubizzle Group since April 2021, Jermaine has built upon a solid foundation gained during a tenure at Herbert Smith Freehills from February 2015 to March 2021, where roles included Associate and Trainee Solicitor, covering various legal domains in both London and Dubai. Jermaine holds a B.A. (Hons) in Philosophy from the University of Birmingham and has completed the Accelerated Legal Practice Course at BPP Law School, as well as a Graduate Diploma in Law from Kaplan Law School.
