Ashley Small

Ashley Small is an experienced educator currently serving as the Assistant Principal at Dublin City Schools since May 2020, focusing on middle school leadership. Previously, Ashley held various positions including Assistant Principal, Teacher on Special Assignment Dean of Building Leadership, and Intervention Specialist at Olentangy Local Schools from July 2011 to May 2020. Prior experience also includes roles as an Early Intervention Specialist at Hilliard City School District and Pinellas County Schools. Ashley holds a Bachelor's degree in Special Education and Teaching from Bowling Green State University and a Master's degree in Educational Leadership and Administration from the American College of Education.
