Amy Hall

Senior European Research Development Officer at Dublin City University

Amy Hall is a highly experienced research and development professional with a robust academic background in physics and nanotechnology. Currently serving as a Senior European Research Development Officer at Dublin City University since August 2023, Amy has previously held key positions such as Funding Development Officer and Research Integration Coordinator at the Insight SFI Centre for Data Analytics from October 2018 to August 2023. Prior to this, Amy worked as a Postdoctoral Researcher at the Fraunhofer Project Centre and led research initiatives at the Biomedical Diagnostics Institute. With a PhD in Biophysics from The University of Sheffield, awarded in September 2015, and a diverse teaching experience including roles as an Assistant Lecturer and Sessional Tutor, Amy combines strong research and teaching capabilities with a solid foundation in scientific inquiry.
