Patrick C. Flood

Patrick C. Flood is a Full Professor of Organisational Behaviour at Dublin City University, where a large research team focuses on leadership, change, and the impact of management practices on organisational performance since September 2007. In addition to this role, Flood serves as an Academic Fellow at the University of Cambridge and a Consulting Editor for the Journal of Organizational and Occupational Psychology with the British Psychological Society. Flood has held visiting positions at Capital University of Economics and Business and the University of Canterbury, and has a notable academic history, including the IMI Professorship at the University of Limerick and roles at the Irish Management Institute and London Business School. Educational achievements include a PhD from The London School of Economics and Political Science, and master's and bachelor's degrees from University College Dublin.
