Tom Hall has extensive leadership experience, serving as President of both Dublin Construction Co., Inc. and BH Hall Ready Mix Concrete since January 1996. In addition to overseeing these enterprises, Tom Hall has a strong educational foundation with a Bachelor of Arts in Business obtained from Kennesaw State University's Michael J. Coles College of Business, where studies were completed from 1992 to 1997.
