Noel Phair

Noel Phair has extensive maritime experience with a focus on tug operations and crew transfer vessel management. Currently serving as a Tug Master and Tug Mate at Dublin Port Company since July 2016, Noel previously worked at Turbine Transfers from March 2013 to July 2016 as a Master Scheduler and was the Master of the Cymyran Bay, a 28.5m Crew Transfer Vessel at the Western Most Rough Windfarm. Noel holds qualifications from Lowestoft Maritime College, including the STCW 11/2 Master 200gt and OOW 500gt certificates.
