Human Resources Team

The Human Resources Team at Dublin Simon Community is responsible for managing and facilitating all aspects of employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to training and development. They ensure that staff are well-supported and policies are adhered to, creating a positive work environment that enables the organization to effectively serve those impacted by homelessness. This team also handles HR administration, oversees the Human Resource Information System (HRIS), and leads efforts to attract and retain dedicated professionals committed to the organization’s mission.
