Jered Ryan

Jered Ryan is an experienced supply chain and operations professional with a strong background in demand planning and process improvement. Currently serving as the Manager of Supply and Demand at DuBois Chemicals, Inc. since January 2019, Jered has led a comprehensive process overhaul that emphasizes system tool utilization, MRP, capacity planning, and workflow redesign, while successfully maintaining or improving key performance indicators. Prior to this role, Jered held various positions at Cintas from July 2012 to January 2019, including Demand Planning Manager and Six Sigma Master Black Belt, focusing on Sales and Operations Planning and global supply chain training. Jered began the career as Operations Manager at Thonhauser USA Inc. from May 2008 to June 2012 and holds a B.A. in Music Education from Bowling Green State University, obtained between 1997 and 2001.
