Matt Ruuska

Matt Ruuska is a detail-oriented finance professional currently serving as a Senior FP&A Analyst at DuBois Chemicals, Inc. since September 2025. Prior to this role, extensive experience was gained at GE Aerospace from August 2021 to September 2025, where Matt held several positions including Lead Finance Analyst for CSA FP&A and various roles within the Financial Management Program focused on areas such as Group Cash FP&A, Component Repair Finance, and Services HQ FP&A. In 2020, Matt briefly worked with GE Aviation as part of the Financial Management Program specializing in Aftermarket Solutions. Educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Finance and Business Analytics from the University of Kentucky, obtained in 2021, along with a High School Diploma from North Oldham High School.
