Rob Justus

Rob Justus has a diverse work experience in various companies. Rob started their career at The Garland Company, Inc. in 1991, where they held multiple roles such as National Sales and Marketing Manager, Training Manager, Product Manager, and Sales Consultant until 2004. Rob then joined BASF as a Business Manager for Performance Flooring from 2004 to 2008. Following that, they worked at BASF Construction Chemicals as an Area Manager from 2008 to 2010. Rob then became the Head of Global Business Segment Management for Waterproofing and Sealants at BASF from 2010 to 2013. Currently, Rob is the Vice President of Marketing and International Business at DuBois Chemicals, Inc. since 2013, and recently took on the additional role of Chief Commercial Officer in October 2021.
