Joshua Grimm is an experienced quality assurance professional with a robust background in nuclear and energy services. Currently serving as the Director of Quality at DuBose National Energy Services, Inc. since January 2022, Joshua previously held positions including Quality Assurance Manager at NuSource and Quality Assurance Supervisor at Bechtel Power, where responsibilities included the development of quality assurance manuals and management of personnel. Joshua's experience also includes roles at Sulzer and Hartford Steam Boiler, focusing on quality assurance and regulatory compliance within the nuclear sector. With a Master's degree in Management and a Bachelor's degree in Nuclear Engineering Technology from Thomas Edison State University, Joshua brings a strong educational foundation and over 15 years of industry experience to the field.
