Todd McKinney

Todd McKinney is a seasoned Quality Assurance professional with extensive experience in managing quality processes across multiple organizations. Currently serving as QA Manager - Fabrication at DuBose National Energy Services, Inc. since July 2014, Todd oversees quality documentation and personnel involved in material testing and inspection. Previous roles include QA Manager at The Weir Group and Quality Manager at Weir Power & Industrial, where Todd successfully managed corrective action programs, conducted supplier audits, and implemented quality improvement initiatives. Todd's earlier career includes supervisory roles at Flowserve, where management of quality control and radiography teams was essential, as well as foundational experience as a QC Inspector and Assembler/Tester. Todd's career began in the US Army as a Finance Specialist from 1995 to 1998.
