Nick Patrum

Nick Patrum, MBA, CRC has a diverse and extensive work experience in the banking industry. Nick is currently serving as the Commercial Banker Team Lead, SVP at Dubuque Bank and Trust since July 2021. In this role, they advise middle market companies and helps them achieve their business goals by connecting them with trusted advisors and providing market data.

Prior to their current position, Nick worked as the Special Assets Manager, VP at HTLF from June 2020 to June 2021, and as the Commercial Banker, VP at Dubuque Bank and Trust from September 2019 to June 2020. Nick also served as the Portfolio Manager Team Lead, AVP at HTLF from July 2018 to September 2019.

Before their roles at HTLF, Nick worked at Dubuque Bank and Trust as the Senior Portfolio Manager, Commercial Banking from September 2013 to June 2018. In this position, they managed a portfolio of local business loans and ensured clients had access to suitable solutions.

Nick started their career as a Senior Credit Analyst at HTLF from May 2010 to September 2013. Nick also gained experience as a Bank Teller at Dubuque Bank and Trust from February 2010 to May 2010 and as a Banking Intern from September 2009 to December 2009.

Throughout their career, Nick Patrum has showcased their expertise in commercial banking, credit analysis, and portfolio management. Their roles have focused on assisting clients, managing credit quality, and providing strategic solutions to meet business needs.

Nick Patrum completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the University of Iowa from 2014 to 2018. Prior to that, they obtained their Bachelor's degree in Finance with a minor in Mathematics from Loras College in 2010. In 2016, Nick also earned a Credit Risk Certification from The Risk Management Association.
