Stacey Hines

Stacey Hines is the SVP, Private Client Services Market Leader at Dubuque Bank and Trust. Prior to their current role, Stacey was the Director of Legal Oversight and Loan Administration Manager at American Trust & Savings Bank from March 2015 to August 2017. In this role, they were responsible for assisting and advising the bank with various legal issues, contract reviews, and corporate information. Stacey was also in charge of managing the Loan Administration Department, where they reviewed and analyzed commercial and business banking loan requests to confirm proper documentation, due diligence, and compliance with loan policy and regulations.

Before their time at American Trust & Savings Bank, Stacey worked as an attorney at Baird Holm LLP from September 2006 to September 2011. In this role, they provided legal counsel to clients on a variety of issues.

Stacey Hines has a Juris Doctorate from the University of Nebraska College of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Bellevue University.
