Mike White

Mike White is an accomplished musician and educator currently serving as an Assistant Professor at Augustana College, where responsibilities include teaching double bass studio lessons and string methods. In addition to this role, Mike White is actively involved as Teaching Faculty at The Deanery School of Music and as a Teaching Artist with both the Dubuque Symphony Orchestra and the Quad City Symphony Orchestra. Previous experience includes adjunct faculty positions at Cornell College, administrative roles at CAMBUS, and teaching assistant duties at the University of Iowa. Educationally, Mike White holds a Doctor of Musical Arts in Double Bass Performance and Pedagogy, a Master of Arts in Music Performance, and a Bachelor of Music in Music Performance, all from esteemed institutions.
