Here, they effectively managed quality non-conformance processes, established key metrics to identify supplier risks and initiated improvement plans. Bhuwan also led various Lean Six Sigma projects resulting in significant cost savings and improved supplier performance.

Bhuwan's earlier experiences include roles at St. Johns Packaging and Walter AG, where they served as an Account Manager and a Sr. Sales Engineer/Productivity Improvement Engineer, respectively. These roles involved implementing inventory management systems, production planning systems, and driving business growth in previously unexplored territories.

Bhuwan'scareer began at Larsen & Toubro Limited as an Engineer, where they led a Lean Six Sigma project, designed assembly fixtures, and conducted failure mode effect analysis for new product introductions.
