Dr. Rabih Radwan El Dana has a range of extensive work experience in the finance industry. Dr. Rabih has served as the Vice President, Finance, and Controller at DUCA Financial Services Credit Union Ltd. since 2023. Prior to that, they worked as an Executive Coach and Trainer at astheya consultants starting from 2018. Dr. El Dana held positions at TD as the Senior Group Manager of Finance Reporting and Analysis and Transformation & Analytics Lead from 2021 to 2023. Dr. Rabih also worked at BLOM BANK s.a.l. as the Corporate Secretary and Secretary of the Board of Directors from 2017 to 2020. Dr. El Dana's previous roles include serving as the Chief Financial Officer at HSBC Lebanon with various responsibilities such as heading the Assets and Liabilities Committee and reporting to the Country CEO and Regional CFO. Dr. Rabih has also worked as an Instructor of Finance at Saint Joseph University of Beirut from 2005 to 2015 and as an Instructor of Finance at AUB Suliman S. Olayan School of Business from 2012 to 2014. Additionally, Dr. El Dana has experience as the Chief Financial Officer at Byblos Bank Group, where they contributed to the establishment and management of a foreign subsidiary bank. Dr. Rabih began their career at Fransabank sal as a Financial Control Officer from 2002 to 2005.
Dr. Rabih Radwan El Dana has a diverse education history in the fields of finance, management, and coaching. Dr. Rabih pursued a Doctorate of Business Administration (DBA) in Finance and Banking from Grenoble Ecole de Management, which they completed in 2019. Additionally, they were a candidate for the Certified Public Accountant (CPA) exam and is currently a candidate for the CFA Level 3 exam from the CFA Institute. Dr. El Dana holds a Master's Degree in Management of Financial Assets from Saint Joseph University of Beirut, which they obtained from 2001 to 2002. Furthermore, in 2019, they became a Certified Coach and Trainer through The John Maxwell Team.
