Faisal Hoque

Faisal Hoque, MBA has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Faisal started their career as a Customer Service Officer at Coats, where they provided customer support and ensured client satisfaction. Faisal then joined ONE Bank Limited as an Assistant Relationship Manager in the Commercial Banking division, managing corporate relationships and assisting in portfolio management. Faisal later became a Relationship Manager in Corporate Banking, independently managing and marketing corporate relationships and generating new business. Faisal then joined Standard Chartered Bank as a Relationship Manager in Commercial Banking, where they managed existing clients, prospected for new acquisitions, and handled credit underwriting and regulatory compliance. Faisal then worked at TD as a Customer Service Representative before joining Business Development Bank of Canada as a Commercial Account Manager, managing client relationships and developing new business opportunities. Currently, Faisal is working at DUCA Financial Services Credit Union Ltd. as the Director & Team Lead in Commercial & Business Banking, where they lead a team responsible for originating new commercial loans and growing the commercial real estate portfolio. Faisal has consistently contributed to the growth of the loan portfolio and has achieved impressive results in terms of net new loans booked.

Faisal Hoque, MBA, completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Finance from the University of Dhaka, where they studied from 2004 to 2007. In addition to their formal education, Faisal also obtained a CSA (Credit Skills Assessment) certification from Omega in January 2013.
