Inoka de Silva

Inoka de Silva has extensive experience in the financial services industry, holding key positions at DUCA Financial Services Credit Union Ltd. as both a Commercial Funding Officer and Retail Funding Officer since June 2017. Responsibilities include reviewing residential mortgage files, processing funding documents, conducting title searches, and ensuring timely mortgage closings. Prior to this, Inoka applied a relationship-focused approach as a Mortgage Administrator/Financial Services Professional from January 2017 to June 2017, demonstrating expertise in mortgage administration and account reconciliation. Inoka's background also includes a significant tenure at the National Bank of Canada as a Senior Mortgage Administrator and Administrative Officer, where analysis and auditing of mortgage applications and client accounts were primary tasks. Additional roles at Canfin Financial Group, CIBC, and Seylan Bank have further strengthened Inoka's skills in banking and administration. Inoka holds a diploma in Banking and Finance from George Brown College and has studied at the Institute of Bankers of Sri Lanka.
