Sonia Debarros-Ryan is a seasoned professional in talent acquisition with a strong background in social services. Currently serving as a Talent Acquisition Partner and previously as Talent Acquisition Coordinator at DUCA Financial Services Credit Union Ltd. since January 2022, Sonia has extensive experience in recruitment and management. Prior to this role, Sonia was a Support Services Coordinator at Bridgeway Family Homes from May 2017 to January 2022, where responsibilities included full cycle recruitment of Independent Contractors for 60-70 foster families, overseeing the services of Independent Contractors, and managing volunteer recruitment for transportation support for children in foster care. Sonia holds a Diploma in Child and Youth Work from George Brown College, completed in April 2016.
