Tim Nadelle has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Tim started their career in 1990 as a Corporate Account Manager at RBC, where they managed a portfolio of mid-market business relationships. From 1993 to 1996, they worked as a Manager at RBC, overseeing the development of systems and processes for cost management. Tim then became a Senior Manager at RBC, implementing projects to streamline and reduce operational costs. In 2001, Tim transitioned to Raymond James/Edward Jones as an Investment Advisor, building and selling a profitable retail insurance and wealth management business. In 2009, they became the Owner of Hamlet Carling Bakery, significantly increasing sales and wholesale volumes. Tim later joined Manulife Bank, where they served as a Regional Account Manager and Director, driving sales and marketing initiatives. In 2018, they joined DUCA Financial Services Credit Union Ltd. as the Vice President of Wealth Management and later became the Senior Vice President of Wealth Management & Specialized Lending. Throughout their career, Tim has demonstrated strong leadership, strategic planning, and sales management skills.
Tim Nadelle has a Master's Degree from the Ivey Business School at Western University, which they obtained from 1988 to 1990. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's Degree at Western University from 1983 to 1987. In terms of certifications, they completed the Certified Financial Planner Program in 2004, the Life License Qualification Program in 2003, and the Canadian Securities Course in 2001, specializing in Securities.
