Natarajan M has extensive experience in human resources and talent acquisition, with a career spanning over a decade. Current employment at Ducen, since April 2021, involves a role in Human Resources, following similar positions at Excelacom Technologies and Infinite Computer Solutions from September 2018 to November 2019 and April 2017 to September 2018, respectively. Natarajan has also worked in talent acquisition at Accenture in India from August 2015 to December 2016, and held HR roles at Wipro Limited and Quespec earlier in the career. Natarajan holds a Master of Social Work specializing in HR from the University of Madras and a Bachelor of Business Administration from T.S. Naryanaswamy College.
