Jennifer Conn

Jennifer has a 20+-year career as a successful human resource professional, having worked at an impressive mix of companies of all sizes. She most recently held the position of Divisional Vice President, Talent & Organization at Pharmavite, where she designed and implemented key talent management, leadership development, recruiting, onboarding and wellness programs, as well as diversity and belonging strategy. As CHRO, Jennifer leads all aspects of the HR function, including talent acquisition, diversity and inclusion, total rewards, talent and organization development, business partnering and employee relations, and people operations. Prior to Pharmavite, she was an independent consultant providing advisory services to clients spanning start-up, biotech, contract manufacturing, and dietary supplements businesses, and has also held Vice President roles at Alexion Pharmaceuticals, Inc. and AbbVie. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance and International Business from Miami University.
