Rakesh Sharma

Rakesh Sharma is a seasoned human resources professional currently serving as a Senior Executive Human Resources at Ducen, an Orion Innovation Company, since August 2023. Prior to this role, Rakesh held similar positions at FSS and TVS Next, where responsibilities included enhancing people experience and executing HR strategies. Rakesh began the career at BlueBinaries Engineering and Solutions Pvt Ltd, progressing from Human Resources Trainee to Human Resources Executive between July 2019 and August 2021. An internship at Justdial in 2019 also contributed to early professional development. Rakesh holds a Master of Business Administration in HR and Marketing from Sathyabama Institute of Science & Technology and a Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering from SRM IST Chennai.
