Manon Vranderick is a seasoned pharmaceutical executive with extensive experience in product development, manufacturing strategy, and quality compliance. Currently serving as the Vice President of Product Development and Manufacturing Strategy at the Duchesnay Pharmaceutical Group since April 2024, Manon plays a pivotal role in driving innovation and ensuring a robust and diversified product pipeline. Previously, Manon fulfilled various leadership roles at Duchesnay from January 2010, including Vice President of Operations and Director of Clinical Development, where a focus on improving health outcomes for pregnant women was emphasized. Prior experience includes serving as VP of Quality & Compliance at MDS Pharma Services and leading the Bioanalyses Group as Sr. Director. Manon holds expertise in Lean Six Sigma methodologies, contributing to operational excellence throughout a distinguished career in the pharmaceutical industry.
