Alia O'Neill, CCP, PHR, SHRM-CP, currently serves as the Manager of Global Compensation and Benefits at Duck Creek Technologies since January 2023. With extensive experience in talent management and compensation, O'Neill previously held multiple HR roles at Port Houston from July 2014 to January 2023, including Manager of Talent Management & Compensation and Human Resources Business Partner. Key achievements include partnering with executive leadership to optimize people programs for significant headcount growth and redesigning compensation strategies and performance management frameworks. O'Neill has also served as a Senior Recruiter at the Chickasaw Nation Division of Commerce and held various HR positions at Technetics Group, Boxer Property, and Michaels Wilder. O'Neill holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing from Henderson State University.
