Elodie Hilderal

Elodie Hilderal has extensive work experience in sales and management roles. Elodie is currently serving as the Vice President of Sales at Duck Creek Technologies since 2022. Prior to this, they worked as the Chief Sales Officer (CSO)/Directrice Commerciale Groupe at Prima Solutions from January 2021 to September 2022. Elodie also held the position of Directrice des opérations commerciales/Sales Operations Manager at Prima Solutions from January 2019 to January 2021.

Before joining Prima Solutions, Elodie worked at Effisoft from 2011 to 2018, where they held various roles such as VP Implementation & Services and Directrice de Projet/Project Manager. Elodie was also responsible for developing and structuring Effisoft's subsidiary in the United States as the acting C.O.O from January 2016 to December 2017. Additionally, they worked as a senior functional consultant at Effisoft, implementing the WebXL software for insurance companies and reinsurers in France and abroad.

Elodie began their career as a Conseil at Nielsen from 2009 to 2010.

Elodie Hilderal completed a Master 2 degree in Business Administration and Management from EDHEC Business School from 2008 to 2010. Prior to that, they earned their Bachelor's degree in International Management from Anglia Ruskin University from 2007 to 2008. Earlier, they obtained a Licence in Accounting and Finance from Novancia Business School Paris between 2005 and 2008. Additionally, Elodie obtained a certification in "Strategies to Foster Inclusive Language at Work" from LinkedIn in 2023.
