Ethan Dirks

Ethan Dirks is a UX Designer I at Duck Creek Technologies since January 2022, where responsibilities include designing prototypes for AI-powered insurance product configuration and enhancing the claims handling experience through AI assistance. Prior experience includes roles as a UX Design Associate and Intern at Duck Creek Technologies, where notable projects included a Copilot proof of concept that received commendations from over 800 customers and the redesign of the Express 3 Policy dashboard. Ethan also interned at Helpsy Health, developing a mobile design system and improving user navigation, and at C21, where project management skills were applied to increase enrollment for a university program. Additionally, Ethan has experience in customer service and data analysis from roles at the University of Washington and New Energy Technology. Ethan holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of the People, along with minors in Informatics and Data Science from the University of Washington.
