Ethan Perry

Ethan Perry is a seasoned professional in user experience and design, currently serving as the Director of User Experience and Design System at Duck Creek Technologies since April 2020. In this role, Ethan has fostered a positive team culture through design critiques, knowledge sharing, and standardized UX processes. Prior to Duck Creek, Ethan held various leadership positions at IBM from August 2004 to April 2020, including Design Lead and Manager for Talent Management Solutions and Collaboration Solutions, where effective team management and mentoring were emphasized. Ethan also has experience as a Senior Technical Staff Member and Product Designer, significantly contributing to the success of IBM Connections. Earlier experience includes a role as User Experience Lead at Razorfish and Information Designer at Studio Archetype. Ethan holds an M.S. in Media Arts and Sciences from MIT Media Lab and a B.A. in Computer Science from Yale University.
