Frank Pelzer

Francis Pelzer has served as a member of the Company’s board of directors since March 2019. Mr. Pelzer has served as the executive vice president and chief financial officer of F5 Networks since 2018. Prior to F5 Networks, Mr. Pelzer served as the president and chief operating officer of the cloud business group at SAP Software Solutions from December 2014 until May 2018. Prior to SAP, Mr. Pelzer served as chief financial officer of Concur Technologies from May 2010 until it was acquired by SAP in 2014. Mr. Pelzer serves on the board of directors of Benefitfocus, Inc. and Modumetal, Inc. Mr. Pelzer received a B.A. from Dartmouth College and an M.B.A. from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College.
